Pete & Foster (& Mommy) still need homes!!!

Pete (top) and Foster (bottom) still need homes, as well as their beautiful mommy, Grace (only two pics per post, guys. See previous posts for pics of her!). But we've accomplished a lot in the fact that 2 of the kittens HAVE been adopted (YAY!!!!!! *Balloons and confetti fall*). BUT, there are still 3 more that need homes. Grace is a loving lap kitty, who just wants some attention. I would take her myself, but I have my own 3 kitty families that I'm trying to find homes for. Please, someone, find it in your heart to take in this beautiful girl! OK, spread the word, everyone. Thanks everyone who helped!!!! ~GS

p.s. If you are interested in Grace, or one of the kittens, email Debra at dtaylor@houston.rr.com. Do remember that she is located in Houston.

Come on Fuzz Pack. Wherever you are, any takers for these adorable twins? These kittens were born to travel!

Looks great, GS, these kittens really pop out on this black background, don't they!

Yeah, that's why I got the black background- I thought it was elegant looking... haha. I just wish I could get more traffic. I dorp the name of my website everywhere I go but it's not enough...

I left a note at TDK today. I would love to take all of them but my mom says no more animals. We only have 4. Its not like we have a zoo.

On the sadder side I think there is something wrong with my Jake. He still is not back to normal. He's not eating or drinking much. He hides all the time still wont come to me. I think maybe he is depressed. Any suggestions?

With our three kitties already, I just can't see bringing in any more. Sigh. Pete and Foster sure are cute though.

Wish I could do more to help about Grace, Foster and Pete - but I live in the UK. They are mighty cute, and you're doing a great job.

Danielle - I agree with you - it sounds as if Jake's not feeling 100%.
Worth taking him to the vet?

If one of mine get like that I get a vet appointment made, and while I'm waiting, I set up the cat pen, covered with blankets, so it's nice and quiet and dark for them. I put a couple of litter trays inside, and some water, and a dish of plain white fish cooked (in the microwave) in water.

Don't know if that would help your Jake - but ours like the peace and quiet and specialing when they're feeling poorly.

Anonymous,
I don't know if you know or not but he was at the vets for 8 days with crystals. He had to take 3 weeks of meds. He hated that. I think he might have to back. Thanks for the tips I will try that out.

I hate to say it, but perhaps it's more than the crystals? I mean, the crystals have something to do with the kidneys, and when the kidneys aren't working properly they tend to not want to eat or drink. I know when they drink/eat too much it could be diabetes, but kidney failure is a common thing for cats. I don't wanna scare you dannie, but I'd get Jake tested if I were you. I think they just take some blood... Poor Jakey. We hope the best for you guys. Purrs from Toby and Gheeri for Jakey. Huggles for you from me.

GS Haven't forgotten about the picture I was going to send you but I have been looking all over for that picture of the fawn drinking out of the bird bath and I can't find it. I'm trying to find the smaller picture so I can scan it and send it. I have an 8x10 hanging on my kitchen wall but don't want to scan that one, too big. So since I can't find it I will be sending a picture of a fox drinking out of the bird bath, but can't do it right now. Going down to Sacramento (little over 100 miles)soon. My husband has an appointment for a consultation with a cardiologist down there.

FEEL BETTER JAKE. GS, THANK YOU FOR UPDATING THE WEBSITE. IT LOOKS GREAT! Went to Houston Cat Hospital (our vet) to pick up more A/D food for the kittens. She had 2 more families "dumped" at her doorstep. Four babies that were left without a mommy, thank goodness they are about three months old. Spent a hour there calming kittens. Anybody in Houston, THESE KITTENS NEED HOMES. CONTACT HOUSTON CAT HOSPITAL -- 713/782-MEOW. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!

Kim -- I'm still coughing as well. But the eye is better, it doesn't hurt to blink and the nervous tic is gone.

Danielle - You and Jakey are in our prayers. Please keep us updated.

Jake -- please get well soon, love Missy Blue Eyes.
